Tracie Rogers, PhD

Tracie is the Clinical/Managing Director of Wholeness and Wellness Counselling Services. Prior to establishing Wholeness and Wellness in 2016, she worked for 15 years with a leading regional behaviour change service provider. Tracie has clinical training in trauma treatment, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. Tracie is also a researcher - her work focuses on stigma, Caribbean cultural perspectives on mental health, and gender-based violence prevention.

Akilah Riley-Richardson, MSW, CCTP

Individuals & Relationships; Parents & Young Adults; Depression, Anxiety, and Survivors of Trauma

Akilah is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Brainspotting Therapist, and Relationship Therapist. She has received training in a variety of areas including Somatic Experiencing, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Neuroscience, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. Akilah also possesses certification in Fitness Instruction and integrates knowledge from this field in her interventions. She also has considerable experience working with marginalised communities including People Living with HIV and the LGBTQI+ community.

Reycine Mckenzie, MSc

Individuals & Relationships; Family & group therapy; Depression, Eating Disorders

Reycine McKenzie is a clinical psychologist who has worked extensively in both residential and outpatient-treatment facilities, serving diverse populations including those with autism, eating disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and psychosis. She is an integrative therapist having received training in various therapeutic orientations including cognitive behavioural, psychodynamic, interpersonal, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Reycine is also currently pursuing her doctorate in clinical psychology. She has experience in psychological research and psychosocial assessment.

Onika Henry, MSc

Individuals & Relationships; Sexual Health; Somatic Therapy

Onika Henry is a trained sex coach, facilitator, counsellor with post-graduate qualifications in Psychology and Human Sexuality. She uses the following models/approaches in her sex coaching work: M.E.B.E.S Model for Sex Coaching (Mind/Mental, Emotional, Body/Behaviour, Energy, Spiritual) - details in attached guidelines, PLISSIT Model - A sexual assessment and intervention tool. P-Permission, LI-Limited Information, SS-Specific Suggestions, IT-Intensive Therapy (replaced with IC - Intensive Coaching in sex coaching approach) ; 4-D Wheel of Sexual Experience, Sexual Attitudes Reassessment/Readjustment/Restructuring(SAR) process, the Schnarch Model; REBT; Somatic work; Gestalt Therapy; Expressive Arts A.R.T. Process).

Trishsanna Poyah-Rasul, MSc

Adults & Young Adults; Psychological Testing; Adults with ADHD

Trishsanna is a Counselling Psychologist with a focus on individual counselling and psychological testing.  She also works in the area of parenting, facilitating psycho-educational workshops as well as parent coaching. Trishsanna is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and the Trauma Incident Reduction model. She is also a trainer for Mental Health First Aid (by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies).  She has worked with first responders in post-disaster settings, through the Trinidad and Tobago chapter of the Red Cross.  She supports young adult students with a variety of concerns including  relational/familial concerns, grief, stress management, anxiety and panic attacks, depression and the  management of other clinical diagnoses

S. Crystal Hanson-Bartley, MFT

Individuals and Relationships;Trauma, Grief; Mood Disorders

Crystal is a psychotherapist, with a specialisation in Marriage and Family Therapy. With over ten years of experience in social services and counselling, in both the USA and Trinidad and Tobago, she has extensive experience in working with diverse populations of all age ranges and concerns not limited to mood disorders, substance use and abuse, relational issues, domestic violence, trauma, and grief. Crystal aims to equip clients with relevant tools that will help them to independently manage life challenges at the termination of services. She was initially trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, but over time has broadened her scope to include Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

J'elle Valldez, M.Ed

Adolescents & Young adults; Individuals; Onsite Critical Incident Debriefing

J'elle Valdez is a Counselling Psychologist with a specialisation in Community Counselling/Clinical Mental Health Counselling. She is a recipient of the Howard University Trustee Scholarship, is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), the prestigious Golden Key International Honour Society, and the Trinidad and Tobago Association of Psychologists (TTAP) where she currently serves as PRO. J'elle has served within the public sector (Student Support Services Division of the Ministry of Education as a psychologist in the Secondary Schools Guidance Unit ). She has also worked for several years with a leading Employee Assistance Programme.
